This Privacy Policy explains how Steadavo (“Steadavo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit steadavo.com, use an account or Fit Finder, contact us, subscribe to updates, interact with our advertising, or place an order. Steadavo is operated by Guangzhou Sidawo Technology Co., Ltd. / 广州市斯达沃科技有限公司 in China.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the website and services, we may collect:

• Contact and delivery information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and destination postal code.
• Order and account information, including products, quantities, order number, payment and fulfillment status, tracking details, account preferences, and customer-service history.
• Fit and support information you choose to provide, such as your dog’s measurements, weight, mobility or entry concerns, intended routine, photos, videos, attachments, and notes.
• Communications and content, including messages, review submissions, marketing preferences, and other information you send to us.
• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookie or online identifiers, and interactions with the site or advertisements.

Please do not send sensitive medical information about yourself. Information about a dog should be limited to what is reasonably needed for fit, product, order, or support questions.

How Information Is Collected

We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, email or chat with us, create an account, use Fit Finder, place an order, or provide a review or support attachment. The site and its service providers may collect device and usage information automatically through cookies, logs, and similar technologies. We may also receive information from payment, advertising, fulfillment, and delivery providers when needed to complete a transaction, measure an advertisement, or resolve a request.

Checkout and Payments

WooCommerce supports the store and order workflow. PayPal is the payment method currently enabled at checkout. Payment credentials are entered in PayPal’s payment experience, and PayPal handles that information under its own privacy terms. Steadavo receives transaction details needed to confirm and support the order, but we do not receive or store a complete payment-card number when PayPal processes the payment.

Cookies, Measurement, and Advertising

The website uses necessary cookies and related storage for functions such as sessions, cart activity, account access, fraud prevention, and security. We also use Google Site Kit and a Google tag to understand site use and measure performance. Google may receive online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, referring information, and site activity according to the configuration of those services and Google’s own policies.

Steadavo uses Meta Ads for campaign management and may receive reporting about interactions with advertisements on Meta services. As of the last-updated date shown on this page, our site audit did not identify a Meta Pixel loading from steadavo.com. If site-side advertising technology changes, we will update this notice and any controls that apply.

You can use browser settings to block or delete cookies, although some site functions may not work as expected. Browser privacy controls do not necessarily communicate a choice to every separate advertising account or service provider.

How We Disclose Information

We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including to:

• Commerce and payment providers, including WooCommerce and PayPal.
• Website, analytics, and advertising providers, including Google and, for advertising activity, Meta.
• Communications providers, including Google Workspace/Gmail for email and Chatway for live-chat functions.
• Fulfillment and delivery providers, including 4PX / 递四方 and the applicable last-mile carrier. These providers may receive the recipient’s name, address, telephone number, order, parcel, and delivery instructions needed for fulfillment, customs processing, tracking, and residential delivery.
• Hosting, security, caching, email-delivery, fraud-prevention, and technical service providers that help operate and protect the site.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or transaction participants when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, rights protection, or a business reorganization.

We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.

International Processing and Delivery

Steadavo is operated from China and serves customers in the United States. Information may therefore be processed in China, the United States, and other locations where our providers or carriers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws. For Atlas orders, information required for DDP handling, customs clearance, fulfillment, and residential delivery is provided to 4PX and relevant customs or carrier partners. We do not publish the company’s detailed operating address, and it is not a customer return address. An approved return route is provided separately when applicable.

Reviews, Photos, and Other Submitted Content

A review is labeled “Verified Purchase” only when we can match it to a genuine Steadavo order. An order match does not by itself authorize Steadavo to publish a customer’s name, review, photo, or video, or to use that material in advertising. Display and promotional use depend on the permission and context provided for that submission. You may contact us if you want to ask about a submission or withdraw a permission where withdrawal is available.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. The period varies by record and may reflect order fulfillment, accounting and tax records, warranty and product-safety support, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, consent records, and applicable requirements. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we take steps to delete, de-identify, or securely retain it as appropriate. A deletion request may not require removal of information that must be kept for a permitted purpose.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. Access is limited according to operational need, and third-party systems are used for functions such as payment and fulfillment. No internet transmission, website, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information associated with Steadavo may be at risk, contact us promptly.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send transactional or service communications needed for an order or active request.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, verification, and exceptions, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, or ask us to limit or stop certain uses. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address associated with the relevant interaction when possible. Use the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity, locate records, and protect the account or order from unauthorized access.

U.S. State Privacy Opt-Outs

Steadavo does not receive money in exchange for personal information as a standalone product. However, disclosures of online identifiers or site activity to advertising or measurement providers may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some U.S. state laws, depending on the law and how a service is configured.

To opt out of Steadavo’s use or disclosure of personal information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Opt-Out.” Include enough information to identify the browser, account, email, or advertising interaction involved without sending sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request a secure verification method.

Some browsers transmit an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control. Some third-party services may respond to that signal under their own practices. Steadavo does not currently represent that one browser signal is automatically propagated to every separate vendor system or advertising account. Emailing the request above allows us to record and apply it to the Steadavo-controlled records we can reasonably identify. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children’s Privacy

The website is intended for adults purchasing or researching pet products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to or embed services operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices and controls are governed by their own notices. This policy describes Steadavo’s practices and does not replace a provider’s notice.
