Steadavo Atlas currently ships from Mainland China. The destination availability, shipping cost, delivery method and treatment of duties or taxes shown at checkout and in the order confirmation apply to each order.
Eligible orders to the contiguous 48 United States currently qualify for free standard shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote destinations require address confirmation and a destination-specific live final-mile quote. The additional amount must be disclosed to and accepted by the customer before payment.

Where does Atlas ship from?
Atlas currently ships from Mainland China. Do not send returns to the shipping origin or to an address found online; wait for written return authorization.
How long does delivery take?
Order preparation is estimated at 2–4 business days, transit at 8–20 business days and the total at 10–24 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; customs, ports, weather, carriers, holidays and remote delivery areas may add time.
Where is free standard shipping available?
Eligible orders to the contiguous 48 United States currently qualify for free standard shipping. Canada and other destinations also require confirmation before ordering.

What does residential delivery include?
Atlas is delivered door to door to the confirmed residential address. It does not include inside placement, stair carry, room-of-choice delivery, unpacking or assembly unless the written carrier service expressly includes it.
When will tracking be available?
Tracking is provided after preparation is complete and carrier details become available. Ocean-freight updates may appear less frequently than express-parcel tracking. Contact support with the order number if the status remains unclear.
What should I do if the shipment arrives damaged?
Before assembly or use, photograph all sides of the carton, the shipping label, any holes, crushing or water damage, the internal packaging and the affected product area. Keep all packaging and components, and do not make permanent repairs before receiving instructions.
Can I cancel an order?
Submit a cancellation request within 24 hours after placing an order, before dispatch, for a free cancellation and full refund. After 24 hours cancellation is not guaranteed because preparation may begin; after dispatch the shipment may not be interruptible.
