Return Policy

Eligible Steadavo returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.

Products should be returned in clean condition with original packaging and order information. Contact support before sending a return so the correct return path can be confirmed.

If the return is not caused by a product issue, return shipping is paid by the buyer. If there is a product issue, contact support with photos and order details for review.

Canadian orders are handled by availability request first, so return instructions are confirmed before purchase.
